Opportunity

This is more than just another engineering job. You’ll join a firm that has weathered every economic storm for over 50 years, with 80% of work coming from repeat customers and zero layoffs in over 15 years. You won’t be stuck doing the same thing day after day—instead, you’ll encounter a wide variety of challenging projects, from HVAC and utility systems to energy upgrades and lab hood design. If you want a place where your contributions are valued, your growth is actively supported, and you can build a long-term career, this is it.

You will design mechanical systems for buildings that serve critical functions in the government and commercial sectors. Your work will have a direct impact on facility efficiency, safety, and reliability. You’ll collaborate closely with senior engineers who will mentor you through the full design process—from concept to construction documents—so you can eventually lead projects yourself. The team encourages innovation and exploring different design approaches, meaning you’ll always be learning.

This role is a great fit for an engineer with a few years of practical experience who is ready to take on more responsibility. You already have your EIT and are working toward your PE license. You enjoy solving real-world design challenges and are comfortable with tools like AutoCAD and Revit. You’re a team player who communicates well and wants to learn from seasoned professionals, with the goal of paying it forward as you advance.

This is your opportunity to join a stable, supportive team and build a meaningful career in mechanical design for important facilities. You’ll earn a competitive salary between $75,000 and $90,000 per year, plus a full benefits package including a 401(k) match, profit sharing, and paid professional development. Relocation assistance of up to $2,500 is available to help you get settled. Apply today to take the next step in your engineering career.

  • You must have a working knowledge of building codes and mechanical system standards
