Opportunity

This Senior Chemical Engineer position invites you to take ownership of breakthrough acoustic mixing technology that is reshaping how continuous chemical manufacturing is done. You will be at the forefront of turning innovative concepts into scalable, production-ready systems, with the full backing of a company committed to R&D excellence.

In this role, you will dive deep into the physics of mixing, mass transport, and heat transfer while tuning process control parameters for both batch and continuous operations. Your work will directly enable the commercialization of RAM technology for continuous chemical reactions, crystallization, and mechanochemical processes—meaning every experiment you run and every design you refine has a direct line to real-world impact.

The ideal engineer for this challenge brings at least five years of industry experience and a solid foundation in mixing fundamentals. You are comfortable with solid-liquid, liquid-liquid, and solid-solid systems, and you know how to scale processes from the lab bench to full production. More than that, you thrive in a collaborative environment where your technical judgment is trusted, and you’re excited about the mix of hands-on development and strategic problem-solving.

Beyond the science, this role offers an exceptional quality of life. You’ll live in Butte, Montana, just two hours from world-class skiing at Big Sky and the wonders of Yellowstone National Park. Relocation assistance and a competitive compensation package make this transition smooth. If you’re ready to make your mark on cutting-edge chemical engineering, apply today and start a conversation about your future with this confidential industry leader.
