Non-Negotiables

  • You must possess an active U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance with a background investigation completed in the last five years
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required
  • At least eight years of professional software development experience is necessary
  • You need a minimum of two years in a technical leadership or engineering supervision role
  • Strong hands-on programming skills in C, C++, Python, or C# are essential
  • Experience developing software for defense, aerospace, or other real-time applications is required
  • You must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contract requirements
