More than anything, you’re driven by the chance to see your work make a visible difference on the production floor and beyond.

This is a career move with serious upside: a salary of $100,000 to $130,000, paid relocation, and the chance to grow inside a company that values mentorship and innovation. You’ll be part of a team that treats every engineer’s contribution as vital to the company’s bottom line, and you’ll enjoy the flexibility of a startup culture with the stability of proven market success.
