Non-Negotiables

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical training with hands-on experience is required
  • You must have experience in field service, rotating equipment, turbomachinery, metrology, or the energy industry
  • You need the ability to interpret complex technical documentation such as mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and specifications
  • Proven technical ownership of field projects, including planning, execution, and direct customer communication, is essential

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and expansion of AMT and metrology services across the U.S. organization
  • Execute laser tracking, scanning, and precision measurement services on critical rotating equipment at customer sites globally
  • Take full technical ownership of field projects, overseeing planning, coordination, execution, and direct client communication
  • Partner with engineering teams to develop and implement standards, methodologies, and best practices
  • Drive troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with customers and field crews to support critical overhauls and field service activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with laser tracking, 3D scanning, or advanced metrology tools is highly preferred
  • A background in turbomachinery, rotating equipment, or the oil and gas sector will distinguish you
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software is a plus
  • Experience leading field projects and interfacing directly with customers is valued
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are preferred
