Step into a role where your code directly contributes to safer roads and smarter vehicles. A confidential industry leader is investing heavily in advanced driver‑assistance and autonomous technology, and they need an Embedded Software Engineer to bring these life‑saving systems to production.

You will develop real‑time embedded software for safety‑critical automotive ECUs, working across the full lifecycle from requirements through release. This is hands‑on engineering with immediate production impact—your code will be on the road, processing sensor data, making split‑second decisions, and protecting drivers and passengers.

The ideal engineer brings a solid foundation in C and microcontroller programming, loves solving complex real‑time challenges, and communicates clearly with cross‑functional teams. You are not just a coder; you understand systems, safety standards, and the discipline of shipping reliable software in a regulated environment.

This direct‑hire opportunity offers stability, a competitive salary, and the chance to grow alongside some of the brightest minds in automotive tech. If you want your work to make a tangible difference and be part of a team that values your expertise from day one, apply today and start a conversation about your future.

  • You will own the quality, design, development, and release of assigned software project elements in accordance with a structured process
  • You will evaluate change requests, analyze issues, and perform software design, coding, and testing for new features and defect fixes
  • You will establish and adhere to project work plan estimates and lead weekly software Change Control Board meetings
  • You will adapt to evolving release schedules, multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment, and provide regular task updates to the software lead
  • You will contribute status, data, and constructive opinions at team and section meetings, modeling consensus‑building and team‑focused behavior
  • You will interface with product development teams across different geographical locations to ensure seamless collaboration
