Non-Negotiables

A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline is required; a master’s degree is highly valued
You must have 3 to 7 years of relevant industry experience
You need hands-on laboratory experience with a proven commitment to safety
You must be able to plan and conduct experiments with disciplined documentation and traceable data capture
Familiarity with standard analytical techniques like HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy is essential
Strong troubleshooting skills in laboratory and pilot-plant settings are required
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, MATLAB, or Python is non-negotiable
