Non-Negotiables

  • A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline is required; a master’s degree is highly valued
  • You must have 3 to 7 years of relevant industry experience
  • You need hands-on laboratory experience with a proven commitment to safety
  • You must be able to plan and conduct experiments with disciplined documentation and traceable data capture
  • Familiarity with standard analytical techniques like HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy is essential
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in laboratory and pilot-plant settings are required
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, MATLAB, or Python is non-negotiable
