Opportunity
This is a career-defining opportunity to lead quality operations for a rapidly expanding aerospace repair station. The company operates in a specialized, niche market with a strong demand for its services, positioning it for significant growth in the coming years. As the Aerospace Quality Manager, you will step into a visible role that directly shapes the compliance and safety profile of the entire operation.
Your day-to-day will involve overseeing the Quality Control Program under FAA Part 145, Part 21, and AS9100 standards, ensuring every repair and inspection meets rigorous regulatory requirements. You will track performance metrics, guide internal and external audits, and drive root cause analysis that improves both product quality and process efficiency. The work you do here keeps aircraft safely in the sky and supports a vital link in the aviation supply chain.
We are looking for an aviation quality professional with a minimum of five years of experience in the field, including hands-on QA/QC and management responsibilities. You should hold an FAA A&P Certificate with Inspection Authorization and possess a deep working knowledge of AS9100. If you also bring EASA familiarity or experience with ERP systems like SAP or RAMCO, you will have an additional edge. Strong leadership and the ability to make decisive calls in a fast-paced environment are essential.
This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to make a lasting impact on a growing team where your expertise will be recognized and rewarded. With competitive compensation, full benefits, and relocation support, the company is ready to bring on a leader who wants to grow alongside the business. If you are ready to bring your quality management skills to a challenging and rewarding setting, we encourage you to take the next step and apply today.
