Non-Negotiables
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent STEM field is required
- At least five years of professional experience in software design, implementation, testing, and maintenance are mandatory
- Strong working knowledge of C/C++, along with proficiency in scientific programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP, Perl, or UNIX shell scripting, is essential
- Hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX environments and familiarity with CUDA/OpenCL or Oracle databases is required
- An active Top Secret/SCI security clearance is non-negotiable, and the candidate must be a U.S. citizen (no green card holders are accepted)

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance software applications and services that support intelligence collection and exploitation missions
- Perform installation, support, and ongoing maintenance of customer systems to ensure high availability and user satisfaction
- Participate on project teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers
- Conduct code reviews and deliver constructive feedback to improve software quality and maintain coding standards
- Plan and execute research, development, or installation activities in line with engineering design and customer specifications
- Collaborate across teams to support both domestic and international product deployments and customer requirements
- Contribute to all phases of the software lifecycle, from requirements analysis through testing and deployment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms and frameworks is highly preferred
- Familiarity with X-Midas, a widely used signal processing tool in the intelligence community, will set you apart
- A background in working with Oracle databases and writing efficient queries enhances application performance
- Knowledge of GPU programming using CUDA or OpenCL is a plus for high-performance computing tasks
- Prior work in the defense or intelligence community, particularly supporting SIGINT, COMINT, or ELINT programs, is advantageous
- An advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a relevant engineering or computer science field is desirable
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices would be beneficial
