Non-Negotiables
- You must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance because this work involves access to classified information
- A B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is absolutely required
- Demonstrated proficiency in Linux, C/C++, SQL, Python, and GUI design is mandatory
- You bring experience designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale software systems
- A solid background in data structures and algorithm design is non-negotiable
- You must have at least two years of relevant professional experience, with five or more highly desired

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain large-scale software systems that support advanced signal processing applications
- Work on cutting-edge signal processing technologies within a small team of exceptional researchers
- Develop and enhance software using Linux, C/C++, SQL, Python, and GUI frameworks
- Create and optimize data structures and algorithms to meet rigorous performance requirements
- Perform unit and regression testing, manage revision control, and practice defensive coding to ensure system reliability
- Provide external support for large software systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Five or more years of professional software engineering experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with unit and regression testing, as well as revision control systems, gives you an edge
- Familiarity with defensive coding practices and providing external support for large systems is highly valued
- Exposure to statistical signal processing and communications systems is desirable
- Advanced knowledge of signal processing algorithms is a plus
- A master’s degree in a relevant field is welcomed but not required
