Non-Negotiables

You must possess an active U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance (or higher) with an investigation completed within the past five years
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required
You need at least eight years of professional software development experience
At least three years of technical leadership, mentoring, or leading software engineering teams is mandatory
Strong programming skills in C++, C, C#, or Python are essential
Experience developing real-time, embedded, simulation, aerospace, or defense applications is a must
U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contract requirements
