Opportunity

Step into a role where your machine learning expertise directly shapes national security outcomes. A confidential employer in Sarasota, Florida, is seeking an AI/ML Software Engineer to build advanced models that process signals intelligence and drive autonomous decision-making for the Department of Defense. This full-time, direct-hire position offers top compensation, full relocation, and the rare opportunity to apply cutting-edge AI to real-world defense systems.

Your work will focus on designing and deploying machine learning solutions that analyze massive streams of time-series data from SIGINT sensor systems. You will develop models that detect patterns, flag anomalies, and characterize events—turning raw data into actionable intelligence. By integrating your models into enterprise architectures, you will directly enable faster, more accurate decisions in dynamic environments where every second matters.

The engineer who thrives here holds an active TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. You bring at least one year of hands-on ML experience (three to five years preferred) and are fluent with modern libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch. You understand MLOps, cloud tools, and containerization, and you are energized by problems that span signal processing, deep learning, and transformer architectures. Most importantly, you are a collaborative problem-solver who learns quickly and hits the ground running.

If you are ready to leverage your clearance and AI skills to protect and defend, apply today. You will receive a generous salary, industry-leading benefits, equity, and full relocation support to join a team where your work has immediate national impact. Don’t miss this chance to advance your career while serving a mission that truly matters—submit your application now.
