Imagine applying your deep software expertise to systems that directly protect national security. As a Senior Software Developer in Tucson, you'll join a tight-knit, multi-disciplinary R&D team that invents advanced geolocation algorithms and delivers fully integrated solutions to frontline defense customers. This is hands-on, high-impact work where your creativity and tenacity will be your greatest assets.
You will own the entire software lifecycle—from architecture and design through deployment and operational support. Your daily work involves building robust APIs, integrating cloud services, and ensuring performance and scalability in a Linux environment. Every line of code you write contributes to a mission that safeguards the country, giving your work a profound sense of purpose.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, research-driven atmosphere. You have at least fifteen years of hands-on experience, expert knowledge of Golang, and a track record of delivering complex enterprise software. You mentor junior engineers naturally, communicate complex ideas with ease, and are eager to propose improvements. An active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are non-negotiable, as is your willingness to work on-site in Tucson.
In return, you'll receive a top-tier compensation package that includes a base salary up to $260,000, stock options, full healthcare, and a 401(k) plan. Full relocation is provided, so you can focus on making your next career move count. If you're a tenacious, results-driven software leader ready to take on a mission that matters, we want to hear from you. Apply today and let's discuss how you can make a difference.
